The Happy Fits in Grand Rapids

The New Jersey-based trio, The Happy Fits, finished their 11th week of touring at Grand Rapids’ Pyramid Scheme on May 6. With opener, Sarah and the Sundays, The Happy Fits were only a few tickets away from selling out the venue.

 

“Fries & Wings” by Rubber

Philly-based duo Rubber - consisting of Andrew Loper (singer/vocalist) and John Della Franco (producer/multi-instrumentalist) - have created one of the most exciting post-COVID songs to date. “Parachute” by Nox Holloway

Very quickly you'll find this track to be reminiscent of early Twenty One Pilots, with an upbeat sound and a catchy ukulele melody; but if you listen closely to the lyrics there is a hidden message that has the complete opposite feeling.

Toronto-born singer/songwriter, Emma Campbell, is celebrating the release of her latest single "Lit the Fire", with her debut EP coming this spring.

On April 22nd, this songwriter released the first single of the LP titled "Loma Prieta", which roughly translates to "dark hill" in Spanish.
